Motorsport-Grade 3D Printed Parts

   Through the use of HP Jet Fusion Printing technology, we were able to design, print and install a custom aero package along with lightweight interior components like the center console currently installed. These parts came straight out of the printer and got installed on the car.

Multi Jet Fusion is the pinnacle of polymer printing tech. High tolerance, high strength, and high temp resistance with great aesthetics make it a perfect fit for lightweight high performance parts. 

3D Printed? Won’t that be weak? 

    These parts are no joke, most impressive may be the massive rear wing uprights and trunk mounts. 

All parts have been street and track tested at high speed and are engineered to withstand significant aerodynamic load and downforce.  Using advanced internal lattice structures, these parts retain exceptional rigidity while weighing next to nothing.

The goal behind every part we produce is simple:
